FABRIDIGTS is a design and fabrication studio based in Lagos, Nigeria, specialising in transforming ideas into physical realities through digital design, engineering thinking, and skilled fabrication.
We create one-of-one furniture, installations, office fit-outs, tools, prototypes, and custom fabricated solutions using materials including wood, metal, plastic, lighting components, and other suitable materials.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, engagement with our services, and any project commissioned through FABRIDIGTS.
By contacting us, submitting a project enquiry, approving a design, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

FABRIDIGTS does not operate as a mass-production manufacturer. Each commissioned piece is designed specifically for its client.
3. Project Consultation & Briefing
All projects begin with a consultation process.
Clients may provide:
- drawings
- sketches
- reference images
- measurements
- inspiration materials
- functional requirements
Where clients do not have a complete concept, FABRIDIGTS may develop a design direction based on discussions and project requirements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
- dimensions
- site conditions
- intended use
- access requirements
- installation environment
FABRIDIGTS cannot be held responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
4. Digital Design & Approval Process
FABRIDIGTS follows a design-to-build workflow.
Before fabrication begins, projects may include:
- sketches
- concept designs
- 3D models
- material selections
- technical considerations
Digital designs represent the intended direction of the final piece.
Minor differences may occur between digital representations and the final physical product due to:
- natural material variation
- manufacturing limitations
- finishing processes
- lighting differences
- material availability
Fabrication will only begin after client approval.
Once approval is provided, changes requested by the client may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
5. Custom Fabrication & One-of-One Policy
FABRIDIGTS specialises in exclusive custom fabrication.
Unless otherwise agreed, commissioned pieces are unique creations developed specifically for individual clients.
Clients understand that:
- handmade work may contain natural variations
- materials may differ slightly from samples
- handcrafted details contribute to uniqueness
These variations are considered part of the character and value of custom fabrication.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
Project pricing is determined based on:
- design complexity
- materials required
- labour requirements
- fabrication time
- installation requirements
- project location
Unless otherwise agreed:
Deposit
A deposit is required before fabrication begins.
The deposit covers:
- design preparation
- material procurement
- production scheduling
- workshop allocation
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
FABRIDIGTS reserves the right to pause production or delivery if payments are incomplete.
7. Material Costs & Changes
Material prices may change due to market conditions.
If significant material cost changes occur before production begins, FABRIDIGTS may revise the project quotation.
Alternative materials may be suggested where necessary while maintaining the intended design quality.
8. Timeline & Delivery
Estimated completion timelines are provided based on project scope.
Timelines may be affected by:
- design approval delays
- material availability
- unexpected fabrication challenges
- client-requested modifications
- site access issues
FABRIDIGTS will communicate significant changes affecting delivery schedules.
9. Installation & Site Requirements
Where installation is included, clients must ensure:
- site accessibility
- adequate preparation
- electrical availability where required
- safe working conditions
FABRIDIGTS is not responsible for delays caused by unsuitable installation environments.
10. Client Changes & Revisions
Clients may request revisions during the design stage.
Major changes after approval may require:
- additional design fees
- revised quotations
- extended timelines
Once fabrication begins, changes may not always be possible without additional costs.
11. Intellectual Property
Design concepts, drawings, models, and creative solutions developed by FABRIDIGTS remain the intellectual property of FABRIDIGTS until otherwise agreed.
Clients may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, or commission copies of FABRIDIGTS designs without written permission.
Where a client commissions a final physical piece, ownership of the physical product transfers upon full payment.
12. Photography & Content Usage
FABRIDIGTS may photograph and document completed projects for:
- portfolio purposes
- website content
- social media
- marketing materials
- YouTube documentation
Clients who require confidentiality must notify FABRIDIGTS before production begins.
Confidential projects may require a separate confidentiality agreement.
13. Agency Partnerships
FABRIDIGTS works with creative agencies, architects, interior designers, and event companies as a fabrication partner.
Agency relationships may involve:
- confidential project execution
- white-label fabrication
- technical consultation
- installation support
Specific partnership agreements may apply depending on project requirements.
14. Warranty & Maintenance
FABRIDIGTS aims to deliver durable, high-quality work.
Warranty coverage depends on:
- project type
- materials used
- usage conditions
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, environmental conditions, or improper maintenance may not be covered.
15. Limitation of Liability
FABRIDIGTS will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects according to agreed specifications.
However, FABRIDIGTS is not responsible for:
- misuse of fabricated items
- modifications made by third parties
- incorrect information provided by clients
- environmental damage beyond reasonable control
16. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the project.
Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been committed, including:

Each cancellation request will be reviewed individually.
