A custom bar for a one-night brand activation event. Must be visually striking, feel premium, include backlit shelving for bottles, and be fast to assemble and dismantle. The client requested a structure the brand could retain permanently after the event.

Our Response
Zenith Events needed a bar that would photograph well, function through a busy event night, and be worth keeping. The brief pointed to structure over decoration.
FABRIDIGTS designed a marine plywood counter with a smooth painted finish in deep charcoal, a steel pipe overhead canopy carrying Edison bulb pendants, and full-height backlit shelving displaying the client’s bottles in warm amber LED light.
The counter included a recessed working surface at bartender height, a shelf below the bar for ice storage, and cable management built invisibly into the rear panel. Everything was pre-assembled in our workshop and transported to the Victoria Island venue in sections.
Installation on the event day took four hours. The bar was fully operational for the event that evening.

Delivery Story
The three jigs were dispatched to Lafia by road freight, packed in a purpose-built timber case with each jig nestled in cut foam. A two-page instruction card was included for each jig. Three weeks after delivery, the workshop supervisor sent us a WhatsApp message: ‘We made 12 chairs this week. Every one is the same. Thank you.’ That message is saved.
